Since HomeFoods.pk provides freshly prepared homemade frozen food items (which are perishable items), we maintain specific, transparent guidelines for order cancellations, replacements, and refunds to ensure fairness and quality control.
1. Replacements & Quality Concerns: We take utmost care in preparing, freezing, and packing your order. However, if you receive food items that are damaged, spoiled, or do not match your ordered items, please contact us on WhatsApp within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the packaging and items showing the concern.
2. Cancellations: You may request order cancellation or modification within 2 hours of placing your order. Once order items have been prepared or dispatched with our delivery riders, cancellation is not possible.
